We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

AI rap video features

The rap generator defaults to Standard (Seedance 2.0 Mini), 12 seconds, 720p and 9:16 with original audio. Model, resolution, length and format can be changed within the supported options. It accepts one portrait or one group photo; it does not combine two separately uploaded portraits. Stage concepts are labelled as illustrations and are not demonstrations of completed video output. Generated likeness, lyrics, audio and lip synchronization can vary.

The default Standard, 720p, 12-second generation costs 10 credits. Other model and resolution rates are shown on the pricing page; cost scales with duration and rounds up to a whole credit. The exact credit cost is displayed before submission. Confirmed failed generations return the consumed credits. A network interruption or delayed status response does not establish that generation failed. Retrying the same request identifier does not create another charge. Subscription prices, credit allowances, and billing intervals are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout.

You must have rights to every submitted photo and consent from every depicted adult. Do not use the service to create deceptive endorsements, impersonate people without consent, or reproduce unauthorized songs. Hotel Lobby is a descriptive reference to a stage inspiration; the service is not affiliated with the artists or their rights holders and does not supply their original recording.
